Shipping & Returns
How are your shipping charges calculated?
All orders $50+ receive free shipping. Orders not eligible for free shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
No. At this time, products can only be shipped within the United States.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed by 3:00 PM PST M-F will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST M-F will be shipped the following business day.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and normally take 2-5 business days to receive.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return my item(s) for a refund or exchange?
We will happily accept a return for a full item refund. We also offer exchanges for item(s) equal to your original purchase. Any price difference during an exchange transaction will be
A) issued as a credit to use at any Destination Aesthetics if the exchanged item is less than your original total
B) paid at the time of exchange if the exchanged item is more than your original total
2. How long after purchase can I make a return or exchange?
Return items must be received within 30 days of receipt. Skin care products must be at least 75% full.
